Adopt-A-Family
St. John’s Episcopal Hospital identifies needy patient household for congregations in the Diocese of Long Island to adopt during the Christmas, Chanukah, and Kwanza holidays. Christ Church friends and members purchase, wrap, and labels gifts for the families we adopt. The gifts are delivered to the hospital in December for distribution to the patients’ household. This ministry is a wonderful way to bring good tidings of joy to others.
CC Singers
Participation in the Christ Church pickup choir is open to everyone. Rehearsals take place on Saturday after worship for the two weeks prior to singing. The CC Singers sing an anthem and lead hymn singing 6 or more times a year and Carol at the homes of shut-in members in December. You can sing with the CC Singers once or as often as your schedule allows.
Fellowship Hour
The fellowship we experience during Communion carries over into the Carter Room after the dismissal on Saturdays. We gather around tables for food, beverages, and sharing. Bring something you prepare or a store-bought treat. Always bring an appetite for good treats and good company.
Hampton Pride Parade
Hampton Pride Parade: the first weekend in June Christ Church gathers on Main Street in East Hampton with congregations in the Peconic Deanery to march in the LGBTQ parade.
Friends and members of Christ Church serve at Maureen’s Haven during the winter season. Volunteers prepare meals, make beds, serve food or engage in recreational activities with the guests staying at the Bridgehampton Child Care Center. Consider lending your heart and hands to this ministry.

Lectors & Altar Servers
Readers are needed for the Sunday 12:00pm and Saturday 5:00pm services. Reading one of the Bible lessons or leading the Prayers of the People allows for a deeper connection with God in worship.
